It’s no secret Iggy Azalea didn’t get on the greatest with her fellow X-Factor judges, but now it’s aaaaaall coming out.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Guy discussed why he thought the latest season didn’t reach the ratings they were hoping for.
“The ratings were a huge struggle, but I think there was a lot against us. (The season) was brutally short. We said goodbye to four people in one episode. I mean, come on. And it wasn’t the right chemistry on the panel.”
Just in case we didn’t know who Guy was referring to, he went ahead and got real with us.
“She’s a bit of a weirdo. I don’t really get Iggy. You’ve got to be invested and she didn’t turn up.”
Earlier this month, Guy spoke about Iggy to The Advertised again not shying away from the truth.
“Yeah, we clash. We’re just not similar people at all and I definitely have to bite my tongue. All I’ll say on the matter is, I think it reflects poorly on the show when it seems someone is not invested in it.”
The Australian Idol winner went on to express his interest in the show’s evolution, admitting, “It’s time to evolve the show. People aren’t stupid. They know manufactured television, and they know when something has run its course and people are clutching at straws.”
