Earlier today, Abby Lee Miller appeared in court and pleaded guilty … she could face up to 10 years in jail.
According to The Associated Press, the Dance Moms star has pleaded guilty to bankruptcy fraud after she was accused of attempting to hide $775,000 of her income from Dance Moms, and spinoff Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition.
Not too long after, she was also suspected of putting $120,000 into separate plastic bags and making her friends carry them in their luggage while on domestic flights.
The star also pleaded guilty to failing to report bringing over $10,000 of Australian currency back into the United States.
Overall, Abby has been charged with 20 counts of bankruptcy fraud, concealing assets, and one criminal count involving international monetary information.
Her Judge, Terrence McVerry believes that if she is convicted of the charges Miller could face fines of up to $500,000 and a spend a maximum of six to ten years in jail.
At this stage, if this is the outcome we aren’t sure what will happen to the TV show.
