It has been the case that has captivated the attention of the world and as it has almost been two decades since the death of JonBenét Ramsey, her brother who has never been heard from before has finally spoken out about the death of the 6-year old beauty pageant queen who was found brutually murdered in the basement of her family home.

Many theories have been speculated over the years as to who murdered the toddler, and many still think that it was either her parents, Patsy and John or brother Burke who were responsible for her death. A lot of mystery and speculation has always followed Burke, who was only just 9-years old at the time of the murder.

In the twenty years since the case became a worldwide scandal, Burke has remained tight lipped and out of public view, until now. A intimate and telling sit down interview he just did with Dr Phil has again got tongues wagging for the wrong reason.

Burke's strange behaviour in the interview has not gone unnoticed, as he seems to smile and smurk constantly throughout the interview depsite discussing the horrific and intimate details of his sister's murder. However, despite this raising the eyebrows of most, Dr Phil himself was quick to defend his behaviour.

"This is a very socially awkward young man but understand that from the time this happened, his parents, depending on your interpretation, either protected him or hid him ... so he has not had the social contact that most kids have growing up. When you’ve got reporters at the end of your driveway you couldn’t go to school. Even now, he works as a computer analyst in computer security but he works remotely, he doesn’t go into work every day, he’s not around people so he’s not real comfortable in a social situation. So speaking out for him was a very difficult, unusual thing."

We still find Burke's behaviour a bit troubling tbh ... but we love Dr Phil so we will trust his judgement on this one!
