There’s no city in the world that is more romantic than Paris. But what’s a girl to do when she’s in the city of lights for just a few short days?

We’ve come up with a few ideas that will help you make the most of your time!

See The View From The Top Of The Eiffel Tower

Yes it’s a cliché – but you’ve come all this way so it’s one you absolutely can’t miss! Best of all, there’s a champagne bar on the top floor so you can enjoy a glass of bubbly while you check out the view. Get there early or buy your tickets in advance to skip the queues.

Shop Up A Storm

You’ve come to Paris, the home of some of the best designers in the world. So it’s only natural that you’d want to SHOP! Start with the Champs-Elysees, the most famous street in Paris. Then make your way to the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré to fulfil your designer needs. If you prefer department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps should not be missed. Those who love quirky and unique finds will love the Marais quarter.

Get Your Art History On

If there’s one museum or gallery you can’t skip, it has to be the Louvre. Give in to temptation and follow the crowds to the Mona Lisa – but then branch off and explore on your own. There’s a famous piece of artwork around every corner. There are usually long lines at the famous Pyramid entrance, so use the underground entrance instead for faster entry. Take a selfie by the Pyramid once you're finished inside!

Eat Your Way Through The City

There’s a reason why French food is famous across the globe! Baguettes, crepes, croissants and pastries are available on nearly every street so you’ll never go hungry. Head to a market like Marché des Enfants Rouges to pick up supplies for a picnic lunch. If Michelin dining is more your thing, try one of Paris’ many three-star restaurants like Guy Savoy at La Monnaie de Paris or Christian Le Squer at Le Cinq, Four Seasons George V Hotel.

Cruise Down The Seine

There are a lot of famous landmarks in Paris, but you can tick off quite a few of them with a cruise on the Seine. Notre Dame, Hôtel de Ville, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and many of the city’s most well known bridges can all be spotted from the water. It’s easy to get tickets on one of the many daily cruises that make their way up and down the river.
