Everyone went into meldown when Samsung products started to spontaneously explode out of nowhere.

Needless to say, they probably started turning more towards Apple for some peace of mind.

However, according to recent reports, it looks like the new iPhone 7 might be suffering the same exploding problem as Samsung...

Twitter user Brianna Olivas recently tweeted about a sudden explosion of her iPhone 7, saying, "So, my iPhone 7 blew up this morning.

"I was not even using it, literally no explanation for this."

The video shows her phone sitting atop her bathroom sink, smoking and exploded at one side.

Brianna apparently bought the phone in January and had trouble with it not turning on. She then took it to Apple, where workers ran tests and found there was nothing wrong with the phone.

She spoke with Mashable about the incident, saying, "I was asleep with my phone charging next to my head.

“My boyfriend grabbed the phone and put it on the dresser. He went [to the] restroom … and from the corner of his eye he saw my phone steaming and [heard] a squealing noise.

“By the time he got over to the phone it had already caught fire, he quickly grabbed the phone and threw it in the restroom … as soon as he threw it in the restroom is [it] blew up and more smoke started coming out of the phone.”

There have been other reports of iPhone 7's exploding or catching on fire, and Apple is reportedly looking into the situation.
