How To Get Your Apple Products Ready For The NEW Update Tomorrow!

That's right! It's that time again when Apple launches a new software update for the iPhone, iPad and iPod. 

In the early hours (between 1:00am - 3:00am) of September 14th, Apple will release the latest iOS10 software so why not get yourself prepared ahead of time!

With the release just over a day away, here are a few steps you can take to get your favourite Apple devices update ready. 

Step 1 - Make Sure Your Device Can Install iOS10

These devices that are compatible for the iOS10 update!

Step 2 - Back Up Your Data

This step is vital! 

If the iCloud is enabled on your iPhone, iPad or iPod then backing up data is super simple. Just connect to your Wi-Fi, go to Settings > iCloud, and Storage & Backup > Back Up Now. 

If you don't have iCloud enabled, you can backup your device through iTunes. Simply plug in your iPhone, iPad or iPad to your computer and in the iTunes menu, select "Backup now."

Step 3 - Make Sure You Are Updated To iOS 9.3.5 

Before you update to iOS 10, it's normally required that your device be on the newest possible software! 

To check if you are on the latest software before trying to download and install iOS 10, go to the Setting App > General > Software Update. If there is an update available install it! 

Step 4 - Download And Install iOS 10 

You are now READY to download and install iOS 10 on your compatible device! 

Easiest way to install the update guys is wirelessly, simply tap "Download and Install" to download the mobile operating system update while your device is connected to both Wi-Fi and a power source. 

Or you can install through iTunes (once released) by plugging your device into your computer!
