It’s universally known that default apps on our iPhones can be a bloody nuisance, especially since they can’t be deleted. UNTIL. NOW.
Thanks to YouTube user videosdebarraquito, there’s a way to make them disappear from your home screen.
Scroll down for the how-to video!
Firstly, make sure your iPhone is running iOS 9 or later.
Make sure that the app you want to delete is in a folder of some sort.
Open the folder. Press and hold the app you want to delete (until it starts jiggling) and then drag it over to the next ‘page’ of the folder. Repeat this step so the app is sitting on page three (you can tell by the number of dots at the bottom).
When you’re on the third page, still holding onto the app, press the home button. You’ll see it disappear! BYE B*TCH!
Luckily, if (for some reason) you still need to access the app, you can search for it with spotlight search. If you restart your iPhone, the apps will re-appear (but how often do we turn our phone off anyway?).
