As if the iPhone 7 hasn't come with more surprises than we bargained for but this video that has gone viral has sent some poor users into an absolute meltdown.

A fake YouTube video that we won't deny looks pretty legit has managed to confuse new iPhone owners that drilling a hole into their iPhone will get them a headphone jack... WTF

We know that everyone has been a little up in arms over the new wireless headphones that have changed our phone game forever but we think this is taking it a bit too far, as some poor people have gone as far to copy the instructions from the video and actually drill a 3.5mm hole into where the headphones used to be!

Needless to say that feedback to the video has not been pleasant;

"I tried this and ended up with display destruction and it not working ... I really committed the biggest mistake of my life by watching this video.'" - One YouTube user commented.

Talk about an expensive price to pay...
