Back in June of 2013, Taylor Swift appeared at a meet-and-greet event in Denver at the Pepsi Centre, where former radio DJ David Mueller allegedly assaulted her.

Taylor Swift made sexual assault claims against Mueller, which he then sued her for. Mueller was fired from his job at the music station he worked at and Taylor then counter-sued him, stating in a deposition that he “reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo.”

Despite Mueller claiming it was another of his co-workers who assaulted Taylor, a photograph has been leaked showing what seems to be Mueller touching Taylor’s backside.

Although the photo is unclear as to what is exactly going on, many are speculating that the claims of Mueller being guilty of the charges are true.

The image had been sealed under protection by Taylor’s legal team and a judge, and it is unclear as to how the photo was leaked.

Taylor’s mother Andrea stated at the deposition that Taylor had been “nauseous” after the incident, when she came to tell her mother about it.

“She was upset. She cried. It was – it was just inconceivable.”

The case is yet to be closed and resolved in court.
