Margot Robbie is making Australia proud with her serious acting chops. She's also making us jealous AF with her incredible bod.. and we just found out how she does it!
The actress is killing it at the moment in Hollywood, especially with her latest Suicide Squad role where she plays the badass and stunning Harley Quinn.
Of course, we're jelly of Margot's super hot bod and want to know just how she does it, so lucky for us her personal trainer has come out of the woodworks to share the secrets!
Her PT Andie Hecker revealed the fitness secrets to People Magazine, explaining how Margot's routine first consisted of "challenging cardio," without "bulking" her up.
The 26-year-old actress also had to incorporate three hour long exercises like Pilates into her fitness journey, as well as "jump rope, rebounder" and the most difficult cardio Andie's come across called "ballet jumps."
Margot defs put in some hard work then! No one likes cardio...
Andie spoke further on their workouts, revealing, "We did a lot of heavy-weighted, low reps of arabesque pulls hooked up to resistance pulleys, as well as arabesque lifts with heavy ankle weights in order to build and lift the butt.
"We also did a tonne of side series outer thigh work, targeting outer glutes with high reps and low weights, to pull those muscles in and create a beautiful line from the waist to the upper thigh."
We are tired just hearing about all of that!
Despite Margot's gruelling routines, her PT emphasised that "She was a total trooper. It was very satisfying to see her body change into exactly what she wanted it to look like in such a short time."
