When you regram a picture on Instagram, everyone knows you should credit the person who originally posted it.

Hailey Baldwin, member of the Kendall and Gigi #squad, recently forgot to credit the author of a quote she posted and now it looks like she's being sued for it.

The quote was a short paragraph written by writer Melissa Molomo, who sent Hailey a letter stating, "you have taken credit and caused confusion as to whom the original author of this work is."

The model originally posted the photo in August as a response to the Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber Instagram war. It was pretty blatant in pointing fingers but the post has since been deleted from her feed.

Hailey could end up paying up to $150,000 worth of damages to Melissa, so a word of warning to you all, always remember to credit!
