Who bails on the gym at least once a week?
We know how hard it is to regularly run on a treadmill and it looks like Lea Michele understands our #gymfeels too.
The actress recently was interviewed by Shape magazine, because of that rockin' bod she possess, and revealed that she too just sometimes can't be bothered to go to the gym.
She said she knows when she's being lazy and to counteract her couch-potato syndrome she asks herself one question.
Why? Why is she not going to work on that physique?
“It took me a very long time to get to this place. Now I can tell when my body is saying to take a break from working out, or when it’s saying, ‘No, you’re being a little lazy,’ so that I can push myself to get going.”
Lea said that this trick helps her make less exucses for herself and pushes her out the door. She also explained that finding exercises you actually enjoy is a big motivator as well.
“Find three workouts you enjoy so that you can choose what you need on any given day, I exercise every day if I can. If I’m not working out, I’m on a hike or swimming in my backyard ... I always keep moving.”
Even those who just don't like to exercise, like at all, can benefit from a short walk and Lea's tips will no doubt help us all get healthy and fit AF.
