Audio of the 911 call that led to Kanye West's hospitalisation has surfaced online.
The rapper's doctor, Dr. Micheal Farzam, can be heard asking for assistance from paramedics and police at the scene of his explosion on November 21.
The doctor sounded concerned throughout the call and can be heard advising others "don't let him get any weapons or anything like that."
The audio obtained doesn't specifically identify Kanye, but the concern for his well being is clear throughout the snippets.
"I think he's definitely going to need to be hospitalised, I wouldn't just do the police by itself," the Dr. Farzam explained in the call.
Some parts of the call are inaudible but the 911 operator can be heard offering advice to the doctor telling him, "if anything changes if he does become physically combative between now and when police and/or paramedics get there, call us back immediately at 911!"
The disturbing audio has been released only a day after TMZ reported that Kanye had been released from the UCLA Medical Centre into the care of Kim Kardashian.
We hope he is recovering well at home.
