Bella Hadid is one of the most in-demand models in the world right now, only behind her older sister Gigi and best friend Kendall Jenner.
Everyone was extremely happy to hear that she had been chosen to walk the Victoria's Secret Runway with her sister when the new broke, but when she became the face of Nike's latest campaign, people weren't as impressed.
When Bella announced the news, she posted a picture on Instagram of her standing in the middle of New York City below a billboard with the first campaign photo.
As soon as fans saw that, they pounced and said that her body was not appropriate for the Nike brand.
People commented on the photo saying that it was a bad day for sporting brands everywhere, "sport brands needs to use an athletic bodied person to model. I'm not wearing Nike gear to get skinny, I'm wearing it to get in shape!"
The comments continued on and on and one person even called Bella a skeleton.
The model suffers from chronic Lyme disease which can affect weight gain.
Bella seems unphased by the comments, though, staying strong and continuing to post photos of her achievements and intense gym sessions.
You do you, Bella!
