Taylor Swift is probably my best friend. I drink too much coffee, but so do you... Weird, Wild & Free.

Let’s be honest, no matter how much we could’ve tried to prepare ourselves for this video… nothing would’ve been enough.

The video for The Veronicas new single ‘On Your Side’ just dropped this morning and it’s everything that we needed in this moment.

The video features a pretty freaking wild love story between Jess Origliasso and her real life girlfriend Ruby Rose.

It was also written and directed by Ruby. You go girl!

Also, hi Lisa.

The video shows the ups and down of a relationship… literally playing out right in front of our eyes.

But it also highlights very strong drug abuse.

The reality is, that in 2016, most of us know someone or know of someone who has suffered from drug abuse.

And while the whole 'party scene' and illusion of a ‘happy life’ may look amazing from the outside...

...the video shows that sometimes it couldn't be more opposite.

The video also shows how strong love is and sometimes you just need to believe in that person and their story. And turning your back isn’t always the answer.

It is also extremely important for anyone involved to seek help.

There is help available for everyone and it is okay to not be okay.

Whether it be a love story, or you with your family, or your friends… it is so important to give people the support they need when they are dealing with something.

It is so important to always be on someone’s side.

Lisa, Jess and Ruby all stand very strong for things they believe in and to be honest this is one of the many reasons why we love all three of them so much.

They continually use their power of position in the industry to make a difference, spread a message and stand up for their rights along with everyone else’s.

Lisa, Jess, Ruby and anyone else who was behind this video, thank you for spreading this message that is sometimes so easily forgotten.
