NSYNC were the biggest boy-band of the 90's.
You would have had both of their albums playing constantly and no doubt had a MASSIVE poster of their cute faces on your bedroom wall.
So, like us, you're heart would have shattered into a million tiny pieces the day Justin Timberlake decided her was going to leave NSYNC.
Of course, back then, we didn't realise that he was going to become one of the biggest-selling pop singers ever and star in some of the funniest movies we've ever seen!
So why did Justin decide to leave his beloved boy band?
He could secretly be a psychic and just knew he would be better off going solo...
But in a new interview, the singer has revealed that it was a lot simpler than that.
Whilst speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Justin revealed that NSYNC was just getting "too big".
"It started as a fun snowball fight that was becoming an avalanche. And, also, I was growing out of it.
"I felt like I cared more about the music than some of the other people in the group.
"And I felt like I had other music I wanted to make and that I needed to follow my heart."
And didn't that work out well!
One day, the NSYNC boys could come back together and do another fun anniversary performance, but until then, we're just gonna have to keep dance, dance, dancing...
