After the two separate controversial deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile in America this week, Jay Z has released his first solo song since 2013.

The song titled ‘Spiritual’ addresses the issue of police brutality and racism in America.

Rapping “I am not poison”,“don’t shoot” and even mentioning his daughter, Blue Ivy, Jay Z revealed that he actually made the song around a year ago, however sadly,“this issue will always be relevant”.

Although the song was released on Tidal, it is available for all to listen here (warning: strong language).
