EVERYONE remembers the film which brought about so many laughs and tears, Mrs. Doubtfire. The late Robin Williams further cemented his name in our minds and hearts as our favourite heart-warming and comedic actor of all time.

Well, the well-known San Francisco house which featured in the film is up for grabs and our reaction to the news has come in two forms:

1. We’re kickin’ and screamin’ with childlike enthusiasm, because why wouldn’t we love to live in this home?!!!-:strip_icc-!!-/2014/04/17/777/n/1922283/8dd2e1a5e23b4196_Mrs.-Doubtfire-cleaning/i/When-She-Gets-Hang-Vacuuming.gif

2. The asking price of this piece of Hollywood (and our childhood) history then proceeded to slap us in the face.

Obvs we aren’t all rich kids living the life of luxury we see in Gossip Girl.

Nope, the average Aussie family can’t even afford the ridiculous price of houses these days (when is the housing industry going to wake up to its bloody self?!).

Which means we’re even more unlikely to be able to afford this treasure… because it’s got a tear-inducing asking price of US $4.5 million (aka approx. AUD $5.9 million)…

It looks seriously LUSH inside. If only we could win the lotto…

But we’re much more likely to have a cooking mishap, knowing our luck…
