We've all admitted to wanting the body of a Victoria's Secret angel, let's be honest here.
The toned torsos, the slim legs and the glowing skin is something we all crave, but Australian model and Angel, Bridget Malcolm, has revealed what she does to get that goddess-like look.
Bridget walked the Victoria's Secret runway last year and has explained how she prepared for the show.
"Three months before the casting I need to step up my game with training, and not skipping workouts. Last year ahead of the Victoria’s Secret casting, I did two gym sessions a day. But this year I am doing less, and more focusing more on resistance and strength training which has really changed my body."
The model also mentioned how she eats and what foods she avoids before a show.
"I eat clean year round, so I avoid all desserts, sugars and starchy type foods. Leading up to the show I drink lots of water, protein shakes and vegetables. I really love to cook so I do a lot of it myself."
So, wanting that model bod? Chuck out the sweet treats and potatoes and get moving!
