November is here, which means one thing: Movember!

We’re used to seeing the men in our lives sprouting hairy lips, but there’s a serious side to Movember.

Men’s health is in crisis, and it’s time for all of us to join the fight. Three in four suicides are men, prostate cancer cases will double by 2030 and men are living six years less than women.

Luckily there is a fun way for the ladies of Australia to take part in Movember (without growing a moustache). Set yourself a Move challenge to and raise funds while getting physically active! 

All you need to do is sign up at, set your challenge for the month, and track your progress towards your goal 

Not sure what Move challenge you should set yourself? Here are a few ideas:

Run a marathon

Try something different when you exercise

Take up yoga

Ride your bike up a mountain

Try surfing
