We all know what it’s like to lie awake at night, unable to sleep. You start watching the clock, and that makes you even more stressed about the fact that you can’t sleep.
This little trick might help you finally get some shut eye.
Start by lying on your back, and take a deep breath. At the same time, squeeze your toes tightly, and then release them.
Then take another deep breath, and this time curl your foot up towards your knees, and release.
Repeat the process with your calf muscles, thighs, bum, belly, chest and arms by tightening and squeezing your muscles and then releasing them on each deep breath.
Once you’ve finally moved up your whole body and reached your head you should feel ready for sleep.
