The mother who slammed a hair salon that left her with a "trailer trash" haircut has had her luck turned around.
The social worker took to her Facebook on Monday to retell her story from hair-hell, which quickly gained massive traction.
Thankfully, the post reached a hairdresser who wanted to help poor Nina and her hair.
Just yesterday, the mother from western Sydney posted yet another photo but this time it was nothing but praise for hairdresser Simone Seminara-Monardo!
"It took 3 hours and this is just the first step," she wrote. "Ms Simone did a great job taking the patchiness out also. The colour needed to be organic due to the fact that chemicals would damage by hair further. I am unable to use a straightener and will need ongoing treatment."
The mother said that Simone's act of goodwill restored her faith in people... especially after the first salon forced her to pay the $200, called the police AND in-store security.
