KFC is the finger lickin' good fast food giant that we all know and love.

No one does chicken like these guys, and even though we've been trying to track down their secret recipe for years... we know we couldn't make it the same even with it.

KFC UK made a huge announcement this week, revealing a new burger they're going to bring out in a bid to join the 'clean eating' trends trying to make us all eat healthier.

It was epic and a total game changer of confusing proportions, consiting of a "chia-seeded cauliflower bun, unsweetened almond yoghurt, ice cube relish, spiralised chicken breast and kale."

Clean eaters were pretty darn excited.

Meat lovers were confused AF.

But lo and behold, it looks like it might all an elaborate hoax.

The campaign joined forces with 'clean eating' blogger Figgy Poppleton-Rice, who creates and uploads a whole lot of not-so-legit recipes online with the most sarcastic of intentions.

No one is 100% sure as to whether this clean-eating burger is legit going to served up for customers, with many believing it's all a marketing stunt.

We suppose only time will tell...

Would YOU eat this?
