Personalised Healthy Fruit Kebobs

Ingredients:
- Strawberries
- Cantaloupe
- Letter Cutters
- Skewers

Ricotta-Honey Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 cup ricotta
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Fresh strawberries (sliced)
- Bread

Method:
Stir your ricotta, honey and lemon zest together. Then spread it over a slice of toast and layer the strawberries on top. Add an extra drizzle of honey if you like! Source

Veggies And Dip

Ingredients:
- Your favourite veggies ie carrots, cucumber, celery etc.
- Your favourite pre-prepared dip ie hommus, tzatziki or greek yoghurt

Method:
Cut up all the veggies into long strips and serve with a little pot of dip.

Science Experiment Slushies

Ingredients:
- Salt
- Ice
- Fruit Juice

Peanut Butter Bananas

Ingredients:
- Banana
- Crunchy peanut butter

Method:
Slice your bananas length ways and then cut in half. Spread the peanut butter on the flat sides of the bananas. Eat!

Mini Pizzas

Ingredients:
- English muffins
- Tomato paste or passata
- Grated cheese
- Your favourite pizza toppings ie ham, capsicum, olives, pineapple chopped up into bite size pieces.

Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Cut English muffins in half. Spread tomato paste evenly across each half. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Add your pizza toppings. Place in a tray in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and turning golden.

Kids Guacamole and Corn Chips

Ingredients:
- Avocado
- Lime
- Salt and pepper
- Plain corn chips

Method:
Mash up your avocado. Add a squeeze of lime plus your salt and pepper. Mix together until combined and serve with plain corn chips.
